RETURN & Refund Policy

At FPS LIMITED, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If your item arrives defective or is not built to specification, we will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund.

For items that have not been installed or used, we will issue a refund if you contact us within 5 business days of receipt.

To initiate any return or refund, you must contact us first so we can provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
